Dr. M. R. Vanithamani is an academic wizard, who has 23 years of experience in Academics, Industry, Corporate Training, and R&D.  Her zest for research is well evident through the 70 plus research articles published by her in Scopus, WoS, and UGC CARE List Journals. She has guided 6 scholars to attain their PhD awarding. As the cynosure of her research interest, she owns 3 National and 1 International patent with the grant. Her expertise in writing research proposals helped her to receive funds and grants of INR 70 L from Government Agencies like AICTE, ISTE, EDI, DSTE-iSTED, ISTE, and Anna University. Being a voracious reader, Dr. M. R. Vanithamani has published 8 books on Management Studies. Her bliss lies in knowledge sharing, one of human beings’ salient traits. To cascade her wisdom, she has acted as the resource person for more than 50 Faculty Development Programmes. As an expert corporate trainer, she focuses on people management, team building, customer relationship management, stress management, work-life balance, etc. Ours is the youngest nation with more youngsters and Dr. M. R. Vanithamani has taken it as her ardent responsibility to shape the lifestyle of the youngsters in the right direction. She has inspired more than 5000 students through training programmes and motivational talks. She has extended her helping hand to students through EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and supported them to get liberated from drug addiction and other abusive activities. For Dr. M. R. Vanithamani skyline is the limit to her passion for teaching and research. As a dynamic leader she contributed for the establishment and growth of 3 institutions right from inception. She ensure cumulative growth of stakeholders of institutions. She has travelled overseas for research and other related activities. She has initiated academic tie ups with many universities in Malaysia and UAE. She has been conferred with ILDC – AMP Women Excellence Award and Indraghandhi Sahbhavana Award by the International Leadership Development Council and International Business Council respectively for her incredible contribution towards women empowerment, social reform, and academics.  She is also honored with the title “Pink Ambassador”, for creating awareness among youngsters under India Turns Pink 2030 project towards her philanthropic assignment.
